Really enjoyed its very helpful and extremely friendly staff.

The entire hotel was fairly clean, extremely pleasant and brand-new rooms.

The hotel was fairly clean with very helpful staff on Thursday shift. We spent 3 nights in suite. We had a microwave, a refrigerator, and tea/coffee making equipment plus a clean bathroom.

Pity, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

the hotel with perfectly clean rooms, in a good area, in the middle of jackson. incredible and satisfactory breakfast - 3 star level. particularly good location, only a short distance to everywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with coupons for the Space Center as soon as they found out we were visiting. The room smelled clean and the air conditioner worked efficiently. It was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our needs. The breakfast was decent, and my kids especially loved the Texas-shaped waffles. The hotel is conveniently located near the Space Center, and though it's away from restaurants, there are transportation options available. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and staff were all top-notch.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was comfortable, with cozy beds, a fridge, and a coffee machine. The breakfast area was spacious and the continental breakfast had everything I needed. The location was convenient, as it was a short drive to Houston and an easy commute to Galveston. Parking was always available and the hotel was close to great restaurants.

I would say it's good home base for staying and exploring Pasadena. The room is spacious & brand-new. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and satisfactory, truly enjoyed its service.

The room we stayed in was great! It had a comfortable temperature and the linens were clean, which made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, providing us with a positive experience.

One drawback we found was that the breakfast buffet was cold. Furthermore, the woman working at the buffet seemed unfriendly and didn't speak or smile, which made interacting with her less pleasant.
